Carefully Curated is the brainchild of Raysasaana Namshum; who started this as a step to leapfrog away from the corporate world. What began as a chance encounter with the ceramic world quickly turned into a love affair with curating beautiful, functional pieces for the home.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Timeframes:

Once an order is confirmed, we ship the items within 2 business days, while the shipping will take between 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services and we cannot be held responsible for any delay by our courier partners.

Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout and are non-refundable.

3. Delays:

Carefully Curated is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays.

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Yes, all our pieces are lovingly handmade by skilled artisans, which means each item is unique. Since they are handcrafted, you might notice slight variations in the glazing, small bubbles, differences in symmetry of the paint, color, or the exact proportions of the sizes. These little imperfections only add to the charm and individuality of each piece, making it truly one-of-a-kind. 

These small differences are what make each item unique, and we hope you embrace the beauty of these differences!

2. Do you manufacture your products?
We don’t manufacture our pieces ourselves. Instead, we carefully curate each item, selecting only those that inspire us with their beauty and craftsmanship. Our collection is inspired by fine dining, with each piece chosen to bring the elegance and sophistication of a restaurant experience into your home. We collaborate with talented artisans to bring these carefully selected designs to life, ensuring each piece adds a touch of luxury to your space.

3. How should I care for my ceramic pieces?
To keep your ceramics looking their best, we recommend hand-washing them with mild soap and warm water. Although the pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, we suggest hand-washing each item without the use of rough additives to ensure they stay in great condition. Also, avoid extreme temperature changes to keep your pieces intact.

4. Will all items look the same as in the photos?
Since every piece is handmade, there will naturally be slight differences in color, texture, and design from what you see in the photos. This includes variations in glazing, small bubbles, or subtle differences in the proportions. We take utmost care to photograph the pieces as they are in actuality but with the variations in screen resolutions, we cannot guarantee the exact looking items as in the photos.

5. Are your products safe for food?
Yes, all of our dinnerware and serveware are food-safe. We use high-quality, lead-safe, non-toxic materials, and each piece is carefully glazed to ensure it’s safe for food use. Enjoy your meals with peace of mind, knowing your pieces are both beautiful and functional.

6. Can I use your products for formal events or just casual gatherings?
Absolutely! Our collection is designed to be versatile, so whether you’re hosting a formal dinner party or just enjoying a casual meal with loved ones, our pieces will elevate any occasion. Their timeless design brings a touch of luxury to any setting.

7. Do you offer custom orders?
Currently, we don’t offer custom orders, but we are constantly adding new pieces to our collection. Be sure to join our mailing list or follow us on social media to stay up-to-date on new arrivals and limited editions!

8. Does the price include tax?
Yes! The prices on our website include GST at 12%, so the price you see is the price you pay.

9. Does the price include shipping?
Shipping is not included in the price. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the products you select and your delivery location. We always strive to provide the best possible shipping rates.

10. Do you offer free shipping?
At this time, we don’t offer free shipping for all orders, but we do work hard to ensure our shipping rates are as fair and reasonable as possible. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Having said that, we are able to extend free shipping for order value above Rs. 10,000 

11. How is shipping handled? And what if my products arrive broken?
We take great care to package your items securely, ensuring that they arrive at your door in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that something arrives damaged, we’ll gladly exchange the product. We would need you to send us a video of unboxing the unopened package and email it to us at yourtable@carefullycurated.in

Once the email has been reviewed by our team and confirmed, we will initiate the exchange. If the exact item isn’t available, we can issue a refund or provide a store credit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
